She graduated from Ben Davis High School in 1954 in Indianapolis, Marion Co, Indiana. While in high school she participated in Sunshine Society, Booster Club, El Revezo Club, Library Staff and bowling.
She first married Herbert Carlyle 'Jim' Wells (born March 23, 1935 in Indianapolis, Indiana - died 2005 in California); their children Sherry Sue Wells and Randall 'Randy' David Wells (died November 5, 2016). She second married Richard Brown; their child: Brian Allen Brown.
She was employed by RCA for 32 years. She also briefly worked for Papirs's.
She loved life with a kind heart, always giving, expecting nothing in return. She loved pleasing others, nature and all animals. She left the world empty without her.
