62, of Indianapolis, passed away September 21, 2017. She was born February 26, 1955 in Indianapolis to the late Walter and Ruth Carr. Rhonda received her Nursing Degree from Indiana Central Nursing School. She married Jose Garcia, and was a Registered Nurse for 30 years, and the last ten years she was the Director of Nursing at Westminster Village North Retirement Community.
Visitation will be Monday, October 2, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel, 9606 E. Washington St. with funeral services Tuesday at 2:00 p.m.
Rhonda is survived by her loving husband, Jose A. Garcia; brother, Kevin R. Carr; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions may be made to the Arthritis Foundation of Indianapolis.
