William C. “Bill” Brown age 58 of Hillsboro died Thursday morning, September 21, 2017 at his home. He was born October 6, 1958 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of the late Harriett Halkamp. Bill had received his Bachelor’s degree from Antonelli Institute of Art and was a local artist. He had served in the Army National Guard. He is survived by his wife, one son, of Hillsboro, two grandchildren of Hillsboro, one sister and one brother of Tennessee. Mr. Brown had requested that upon his death his body be cremated. A memorial service will be held privately at a later date. The Turner & Son Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the family.
