Loretta Boyd Harmon, age 80 of Monticello, passed away Sunday, September 24, 2017 at her home. She was born October 8, 1936 in the Cornersville community in Lincoln County to the late Floyd Boyd and Ruby McBride Anderson.

She was a homemaker and a member of First Free Will Baptist church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Becky Kay Williams.

Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Paul Harmon of Monticello; one daughter, Shelia Harris and husband Bruce of Monticello; her son-in-law, Michael Williams of Hendersonville, NC; one grandson, Micah Paul Williams and wife Micci of Hendersonville, NC; three granddaughters, Amanda Harris of Warren, April Gray and husband Aaron of Warren, Tosha Beth Huggins and husband Charlie of Hendersonville, NC; eight great-grandchildren; three sisters, Eloise Harris of Monticello, Hazel Saffold and husband Kenneth of Monticello and Leona Eubanks and husband Eddie of the Valley community; one brother, Eugene Boyd of CA; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 28, 2017 at First Free Will Baptist Church with burial to follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation 10:00-11:00 a.m. Thursday prior to funeral service at the church. Online guestbook www.stephensondearman.com.
