Andrew leaves his partner, Susan Fenner. He leaves two sisters, Joanna Savage of Worcester and her husband Mario, and Cynthia Rogan of Florida and her husband Michael; a brother, Brian Neslusan of Oxford, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Andrew was a Navy Veteran on the U.S.S. Denver during the Vietnam Era. He received the National Defense Service Medal. He was a cab driver for 20 years. He enjoyed country music and fishing. He was a very kind man.
