Ann Blanche (Tipton) Horn was born on August 21, 1955 in Nashville, Tennessee, the daughter of John Tipton and Frances ( -- ) Tipton.

She graduated from Harpeth Hall School and Vanderbilt University where she was a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority. She was also an active member of Westminster Presbyterian Church where she served on numerous committees and was especially dedicated to Preston Taylor Ministries where she taught and served as a mentor for many years.

Ann was married to Steve Horn and was a very gifted and talented gardener and also found great joy from creating heirloom children's clothing.

Still a resident of Nashville, she was 62 years old when she passed away on September 28, 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer and surrounded by her family.

Survivors included her parents, her husband, a married son, married daughter, granddaughter, two married sisters, two nieces, four nephews and seven grandnieces and grandnephews.

Funeral Services were held at Westminster Presbyterian Church, and burial was in the church's columbarium.
