Aaron Floyd Lamson was born July 9, 1973, Kansas City, Kan. He died Nov. 14, 2001, at his home in Urbana, at the age of 28 years, four months and five days.
He was raised in the Kansas City area and at the age of 16 moved to Polk County.
He was united in marriage to Sheila Welch on March 6, 1993, and to this union two children were born. They made their home in the Urbana area and then moved to El Dorado Springs for about a year, before moving back to Hickory County in September.
He worked for Korsi Heating and Air Conditioning. He enjoyed music, playing the guitar and singing. He was a member of the Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Sheila; one son, Larz; one daughter, Mackenzie, all of the home; his parents, Bob and Cathy Lamson, Urbana; maternal grandparents, Les and Betty Crook, Urbana; paternal grandmother, Nellie Wyckoff, Harrisonville; one sister, Melanie Lamson, Urbana; and a host of family and friends who will all sadly miss him.
