Born in Italy, he came to the United States in 1898, and settled in Bridgeport, CT. He had lived in south Bergen County since 1910, mostly in Carlstadt. He was a retired employee of the Flintkote Company in East Rutherford. Beloved husband of the late Michelle (nee Comparangello). Dear father of Anne (Albert) Magala of Wayne, NJ, with whom he lived. Cherished grandfather of three. Funeral services on Wednesday, August 5, 1970 at 9 AM from the Shorter Memorial Home, 425 Broad Street, Carlstadt, NJ with a High Requiem Mass at 9:30 AM in Saint Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 120 Hoboken Road, East Rutherford. Interment following at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Friends may call on Monday, August 3, 1970 from 7-9 PM and Tuesday, August 4, 1970 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
