Jerome Buckingham, Sr, passed away at the St. Cloud Hospital. He was born in Wibaux, MT, to Charles and Helen Diedrich Buckingham. He married Rose Paxson Dec 21, 1938, in Muskegon, Michigan. He was a Veteran of the US Army Air Corp, during WWII, and the Army during the Korean Conflict. He was employed by the National Guard in Princeton, later in Mpls. He moved to Columbia City, IND, was employed at Viking Auto, as a supervisor, until his retirement in 1971. Soon moved to Milaca area, then to Princeton this year (1992).
He was a member of the Princeton VFW and the Princeton American Legion, Princeton Methodist Church, the Masons and the Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include his wife, mother Helen Snow, Princeton; one son, Jerome Buckingham, Jr., of Milaca. Three grandchildren; sisters, Kathryn Peterson, Princeton, Janette Plies, California; Barbara Anderson and Nancy Baufield, New Brighton.
Burial in Oak Knoll.
