Basketball great,attended Mt,Vernon High School in Illinois where he led his team to the Elite 8 in 1969, Starred at Southern Illinois Unoversity from 1970 until 1972 where he scored 1001 points, was drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers and then traded to the Phoenix Suns where he starred on the Championship team. After three years his career was cut short by an injury. After his basketball career ended he was a businessman in Arizona until his untimely death from a heart attack at 54.
