Toni was born to the union of Leo and Eileen Young. She graduated from George Washington High School in San Francisco. Toni married Michael Hardley in 1963. From this union 3 children were born: Anthony, Michelle and David. Toni also raised her brother Ken. Toni was employed with the City and County of San Francisco for over 43 years. Toni was a great mother, grandmother, friend and co worker. She will be missed by all and can never be replaced. Heaven has one more true angel in its midst. Toni will especially be missed by the 911 dispatchers in San Francisco.
