Bud was the son of Sam and Ida Rachel (Jernigan) Horn. He attended school at Bromide, OK. He was a carpenter and rancher. Bud was a member of the Lehigh Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, ranching and picking pecans. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Delsia (Lampkin) Horn; sons, Thomas and Paul Horn; brothers, Jack, Frank, John and Joe Horn; and a sister, Marie Needham. Service will be held Oct. 15, 2017. Interment will be at Lehigh Cemetery.
