Michael is survived by his wife Valerie, parents Jerry and Sharon Adkisson, sister and brother-in-law Pamela and Alex West, niece Annali West, grandparents William and Marcella Piercy and Nadine and Ernest Clark, and many more family and friends. Michael was a person who cared about and helped others whenever he could. He had an eye for beauty and was talented at capturing it in photographs and videos. Michael worked for IBM and was known as a computer guru. A memorial service will be held Sunday, December 17, 2006, at 2 p.m. at Soul-Esteem Center, 105A Progress Parkway, Maryland Heights, MO 63043. The family requests no flowers; donations may be made to Soul-Esteem Center.
