She was a 1965 graduate of Gouverneur Central High School and received an associate degree in dental hygiene from Farmingdale College on Long Island in 1967. She worked for Dr. Michael Yunker and other Rochester dentists for over thirty years.
Her husband; two daughters, Veronica and Kate (Joseph) Manahan; and two brothers, Lynn and Charles, NY, survive her.
