He worked in the steel industry for 40 years, and he took great pride in his work. He loved his family, dogs, cars, sailing and cooking. He was quick witted and always called " a spade a spade". He spent the majority of his life living in Duluth MN, Norfolk, Nebraska, and Bradenton Beach, Florida.
Larry is survived by his sons: Gary (Andrea), and Daniel (Kathy); grandsons: Reid and Mitchell; brother Donald (Winifred) Pierson, sister-in-law Alvera Pierson; two nephews and five nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Herbert A. Pierson.
His remains will be laid to rest with his beloved father at Forest Hill Cemetery in Duluth, MN.
