TWIN FALLS - Mrs. Pauline Alice Chastain, 57, Twin Falls, died of a short illness at Magic Valley Memorial Hospital Wednesday night.
She was born Feb. 23, 1915, at Muscatine, Iowa. Mrs. Chastain attended schools in Muscatine. Before moving to Twin Falls two and one-half years ago she had lived in Alameda, Calif., for five years and before that had lived in Honolulu, Hawaii for 11 years.
She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.
She married the Rev. Joseph E. Chastain on Sept. 12, 1934, in Los Angeles, Calif.
Surviving are her husband and a son, Jay Chastain, US Army, Germany; a daughter, Mrs. Joline Kaneshiro, Honolulu; a brother, Allen Alexander, London, England, and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Friday at the First Church of Nazarene with the Rev. Grady Cantrell, Nampa, and Dr. Melza Brown, Boise, presiding.
Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
