Walter had a career in carpentry, and loved the outdoors, as well as hunting and fishing. He taught and encouraged this love to many. He was loved by and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
He leaves his son, Daniel Booth of Wadsworth; grandson, Jeff and Erica Booth; great-granddaughter, Bristol; a step-great-grandson, Brevan; many nieces and nephews; and a very special loving friend, Hedy Howell.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wallace and Ida Booth; brothers, Wallace Eugene and James; sisters, Martha, Anna Katherine and Marybell; and a grandson, Jeremy Booth.
Private graveside services were held Oct. 26 in Killbuck Cemetery, with pastor Dave Masters officiating. Pallbearers were Dan and Jeff Booth, Nate Byler, Doug and Wade Porter and Tim Oiler.
