My mom was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on April 27, 1940 to Kelmar Swann Roberts and Lettie Mae (collins) Roberts. Growing up, she went to the Jewish Bennett School in Pennsylvania. She had scarlet fever at an early age and spent a while in the hospital. The scarlet fever damaged her eyesight. She had two sisters and one brother. June, Pat, and Robert. Mom was the baby of the four. She married my Dad, Ernest Vivian in 1964. She was previously married to James Joseph Serafina, Sr and they had 3 Children; James, Denise and David (deceased). With my dad, she had me, and my little sister Wendy. We resided in Gonzales, County since 1979-80 maintaining property here and a house, but my parents would sometimes live where my dad was able to get work as a pipe fitter and welder. I miss you a bunch mom and I love you.
