Services for William J. Sakowski, 63, of 339 Apple St., will be at 8:15 a.m. Monday at the Giminski-Wysocki Funeral Home and at 8:45 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Mr. Sakowski died Thursday at Crouse-Irving Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Sakowski was owner and operator of Sakowski's Meat Market for 20 years and had been employed by the Veteran's Administration Hospital for seven years.
Surviving are his wife, Victoria; a son, William [S. Sakowski]; a daughter, Mrs. Donald Bocian; his father, Stanley; three brothers, Matthew, Frank and Walter Sakowski; three sisters, [Mrs. Bernard Swiderski,] Mrs. Henry Zajak of West Virginia, Mrs. Bernard McDermott, and six grandchildren.
