Jacob OpDenGraff was born in 1687 in Germantown, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, the son of Abraham Isaac & Catharina Trintje "Jansen" OpDenGraff.

Jacob married Annecke Liesken InDenHoffen/DeHaven on 29 Apr 1712 by Rev. Paulus Van Vlecq who recorded the record in the Bensalom Dutch Reformed Church in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. They had 6 children:
