Mary Rebecca Arcangeli, passed away with her loving family by her side November 4, 2017. She was born in North Shore, Texas. Other than spending time with her family and granddaughter, Rebecca's main passion in life was playing pool and enjoying the friendships made throughout her amateur Billiards career. She was a member of Gulf Coast Tour, OB Cues Ladies Tour, BCA Houston 8 Ball League, and Crosby Highland BCA League. Rebecca loved to compete and with her team she won the 39th BCAPL National Team Championship 2015 (Billiards Congress of America Pool League).
She is preceded in death by her parents Bjorn "John" Tollefsen and mother Mary Heathcock Womble. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband David Arcangeli of La Porte, daughter Sarah Coligan Cecil and husband Colin, son Anthony Coligan, granddaughter Scarlett Cecil all of Pasadena. She also leaves behind siblings: Paul S. Tollefsen and wife Rose of Pasadena, David Tollefsen and wife Crystal of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, Kathryn Tollefsen Schultea and husband William of Houston, Daniel Tollefsen and wife Lawana of Pearland, and John Tollefsen and wife Kelly of Pearland, 9 nephews, 4 nieces. Rebecca is also survived by aunt and uncle Lincoln and Doris Stephens and numerous other uncles, aunts, and cousins in the US and Norway.
Serving as pallbearers are her loving nephews: Paul E. Tollefsen, Clark Tollefsen, Travis Tollefsen, Blythe Tollefsen, Andrew Tollefsen, Bud Tollefsen, Evan Tollefsen, Max Tollefsen, and Bobby Joe Schultea.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 8 from 5-7pm at Grand View Funeral Home 8501 Spencer Highway Pasadena, Texas 77505. Rebecca's Life Celebration will be held Thursday, November 9 at 10am at Grand View, following she will be laid to rest at La Porte Cemetery.
