Donna Marie Ricci, 88, of Cumberland died Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Care and Rehab-Cumberland. She was born November 16, 1929 in Star Prairie, WI to Ira and Lenore (Albertson) Starkweather. Donna graduated from Clear Lake High School in 1947. She was married in St. Ann Catholic Church in Turtle Lake, WI on September 25, 1948 to Paul Ricci. They lived in St. Paul for a few years during which time she worked for Emporium Department Store. They moved to Cumberland, where Donna worked for Wickre Agency, Cumberland High School, and spent most of her life helping operate the large family farm. She was an exceptional homemaker and mother who was Norwegian by nationality but learned to cook like an Italian with Paul's helpful guidance.

She leaves many fond memories with her husband, Paul of Cumberland; 4 children: Steve Ricci of Baggs, WY, Toni (Donald) Wasilensky of Brainerd, MN, Tammy (Steve) Schaetz of Draper, UT and Joy Becker of Barron; grandchildren: Derek Stauner, Brooke Constable, Chana Wood, Russell Becker, Jr., Jason Becker, Christopher Wasilensky, Michelle Gonzalez, Levi Ricci, Colleen Jo Ricci, Katherine Munson, Stacey Koch and Sarah Oestreich; great grandchildren: Talina, Sophia, Ava, Layla, Broderick, Savannah, Stormy, and Alessia; her sister, Jeannie Moltzau of Lodi, WI; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Denny Lee.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at St. Anthony Catholic Church with Father Tom Thompson officiating and burial to follow at St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are Christopher Wasilensky, Derek Stauner, Colleen Jo Ricci, Jon Wood, Jon Moltzau, Talina Gonzalez, and Oscar Gonzalez.

Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 PM Monday at the Skinner Funeral Home in Cumberland, and for an hour prior to Mass on Tuesday at the church.
