Kuhns, Inez, daughter of Emanuel and Anna Shupe, was born at Marion, Kans., July 16, 1888; died at the Pueblo (Colo.) Hospital, April 2, 1963; aged 74 y. 8 m. 16 d. In 1907 she was married to Allen W. Kuhns, who preceded her in death. Two sons also preceded her in death. Surviving are 7 children (James, Helen-Mrs. Clarence Freeman, Hazel-Mrs. John Hershberger, Eunice-Mrs. Wallace Shellenberger, Lois-Mrs. Woodrow Ramseyer, Inez-Mrs. Herbert Fry, and Miriam-Mrs. Robert Liechty) and 27 grandchildren. Mrs. Kuhns was owner of The Better Book-room in La Junta, Colo., for many years. Funeral services were held at the La Junta Mennonite Church, April 5, with Paul Martin and Menno Troyer in charge; interment in Holbrook Cemetery, Cheraw, Colo
