EULESS - Bessie Mae Meredith Freeman, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 5, in Fort Worth, surrounded by loved ones.
Bessie was born Oct. 14, 1932 in Troy, Ala. to Tilbert and Willie Meredith. She was one of eight siblings. On March 17, 1961, she married the love of her life, John Freeman, and they soon moved to Euless to raise their family.
Bessie was a devoted wife of 56 years, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and a dear friend to so many in her church and community. She will be remembered for her love of Jesus, family, life and singing.
Bessie was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, William, James and Archie; and sisters, Evelyn, Jewel, and Pearl.
Survivors: She is remembered in love by her husband, John; children, Archie (Frank) and his wife, Beverly, Annalease (Lisa) and her husband, Johnny, Tricia and her partner, Michael; grandchildren, Rachel, Tabitha, Johnny, John, Miles and Cody; seven great-grandchildren, and sister, Olene.
