Jackie retired from the Department of Human Services. She was an active, happy member of the Red Hat Society. She loved crafts of all kinds and loved her family, too.
Jackie was preceded in death by her father Harold Rice. She is survived by her mother Frances Rice; daughter, Mandy Jobe; grandsons, Michael and Joshua and sisters, Mary Waggoner, Diana Delk and Tina Anderson.
Those wishing to pay their respects may view Jackie at the funeral home Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Graveside services will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday, November 11th at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
