Miss Jo Ann Hartl, age 68, a resident of Manitowoc, entered eternal life on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at the Manitowoc Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Jo was born on March 21, 1949. She was the daughter of the late Reuben and Elaine Karl Hartl. Jo was a graduate of Lincoln High School with the class of 1967. She was employed with Park Lawn Nursing Home and later as a teacher's assistant in elementary education in Florida. Jo was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and the Serra Club of Manitowoc.
She is survived by a special friend and care giver: LuAnn Luckow, Whtelaw; along with cousins, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Reuben and Elaine Hartl.
Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. on Friday, November 10, 2017 at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. Dave Pleier. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Manitowoc. Relatives and friends may call at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on Friday from 2 p.m. until the time of services at 3 p.m.
