FRAVERT, MARY ALBERTA, 92, died Sunday, July 4, 2010 due to injuries sustained in a auto accident.

She was visiting her daughters in Pennsylvania at the time.

She was the former Mary Alberta Norton and a native of Louisville. Alberta was the cafeteria manager at the St. George School for many years before it closed. She was known to many who grew up there as "Miss Alberta."

She was predeceased by her husband, Ed Fravert; as well as her son, Fred Fravert.

Surviving Alberta are her two sisters, six of her seven children, 19 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.

Her funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m., Monday at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 4005 Dixie Hwy., (St. Helen Campus), with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation: 3-8 p.m. Sunday at Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home, 3800 Bardstown Road.
