Graduated from Matoaka (W. Va) High School and moved to Cleveland, Ohio when she was 24 yrs old.
Married Wilbern L. Weddle in Cleveland on April 12, 1957 and they settled in Mentor, Ohio in 1960
She was a full-time homemaker and was an active volunteer in a special education classroom and for the March of Dimes and numerous other charities.
After their retirement she and her husband retired to Wooster, Ohio in 1996 and moved to Troy, NY in 2014.
She enjoyed reading, crocheting , crossword puzzles, and numerous crafts.
Predeceased by her parents, her husband, her sister Glenda Midkiff, and her brother E.G. “Tootie” Bailey.
Survived by her daughter and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
