Mr. Gibson was a tool and die maker for 20 years.
He served in the Army, receiving the good conduct medal in the Korean War. He served in the 13th engineers infantry division and 44th infantry division company.
He served in the Army National Guard Reserve and was a member of the Admirals Local Boat Club and Society of Manufacturing Engineers.
Survivors include two daughters Christine, and Karin; A Son Robert, and a brother Thomas; and three grandchildren.
