Edith Patricia Thompson (known as Pat) was born January 1, 1927 passed away November 16, 2015. She was 88 years young.

Pat was preceded in death by husband, James L. Thompson; mother, Pattie Freeman Boyer; father, Russell Freeman; brother, Russell Freeman Jr.; son, Lindsey Thompson; grandson James L. Thompson; granddaughter, Lauri Gingles-Thompson.

Pat is survived by her sisters, Joyce Geise of Riverbank, California and Virginia Glover of Texas City, Texas; daughter, Sherilyn Carter of Bullard, Texas; son, Dennis D. Thompson (Su) of Tyler, Texas; grandchildren, Dennis Thompson (Michelle), Cari Gingles (Kenny), Shannon Reed, Sean Thompson (Amy), James Carter (Jodi) and Kelli Thompson; daughter-in-law, Jeanne Thompson; 18 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 11am Thursday, November 19th at Rose Heights Church (2120 Old Omen Rd, Tyler, TX 75701).
