Crystal Dawn Abbott, 26, of Aurora died Monday, Dec. 1, 2008, at Litzenberg Memorial County Hospital in Central City. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Higby-McQuiston Chapel in Aurora.
Ms. Abbott was born Feb. 8, 1982, at Grand Island to Barry Lee and Marilyn Sue (Dahnke) Abbott. Survivors of the immediate family include her children, Jasmin, Nikki and Coral; her mother, Marilyn Bottorf of Aurora; and a sister, Cindy Smith of Aurora. Also left to cherish her memory are her grandmother, Mary Dahnke of Stratton, and aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
She was raised in Grand Island. Crystal attended school in Grand Island and St. Paul. Crystal had worked at Fonner Park Keno in Grand Island, Shell Gas Station and Casey's in Aurora.
