Levant Man, 93, Dies Leaving 100 Survivors
STEAMBURG -- Henry Oldro, 93, died at 10 A.M. Monday in the home of Delia Lindmark, Levant. He leaves 100 survivors.
Mr. Oldro, who was a retired lumberman, was born Jan. 27, 1865, in Axeville, and had lived in the Steamburg area for 60 years.
Surviving are four sons, Carl and Lloyd of Falconer; Elton and Boyd of Steamburg; four daughters, Mrs. Bertha Michielsen and Mrs. Essel Haggett of Steamburg, Mrs. Edna Willsie of Clear Creek and Mrs. Mildred Bentley of Onoville; 23 grandchildren; 57 great grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Emma Staples of Falconer.
Funeral services will be at 2 P.M. Thursday in the Union Gospel Church, Steamburg. Rev. Harley Acker will officiate with burial in the Steamburg Cemetery. Friends may call at the Myers Funeral Home in Randolph.
