She was a homemaker and member of Women of the Moose and Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary of Columbus.
There will be no funeral or calling hours. Arrangements were by Myers Funeral Service.
Born March 14, 1932, in Middletown, Ohio, she was the daughter of Luther and Zetta Staton Downs. She married Thomas R. Blaine July 23, 1948, in Lexington, Ky. He died Nov. 1, 1988.
Survivors include a son, Thomas Blaine II of Columbus; daughters, Vickie Michaels and Debbie Biddle, both of Columbus; and grandchildren, Bruce and Brandy Biddle and Mike Olsen, all of Columbus.
