Mrs. Angeline M. Smith a former resident of Warsaw, died at the residence of her son H. Romeyn Webster at Jefferson, Ohio, April 9. She was born in Warsaw May 15, 1833 and was married to Henry D. Webster March 17, 1854. He died Oct. 15, 1876. She married in 1883 Mr. L. M. Smith of New Lynne, Ohio, who died in 1902. Her remains were brought to Warsaw and a short funeral service was held in the cemetery chapel on Tuesday morning, April 13 at 10:00. Rev. Geo. D. Miller officiating. She was buried by the side of her first husband, Henry D. Webster. She united with the Baptist church in her girlhood and was a member of the Congregational church of Lenox, Ohio, when she died. She was one of 11 children born to Avery and Alvira Woodworth Lathrop. She leaves 2 sons, Wm. E. Webster of Warsaw, and H. Romeyn Webster of Jefferson, Ohio., also 3 sisters, Mrs. Alvira Robinalt of Franklin, Neb., Mrs. Samuel Carson of Hastings, Neb., and Mrs. A. W. Pratt of Warsaw, and 1 brother, Austin W. Lathrop of Bliss, N.Y., who is a veteran of the Civil War.∼This is a cenotaph, she is buried in NY= buried in Warsaw Cemetery, Warsaw , Wymoning county, New york. FAG#18536285
