She is preceded in death by her mother, Christine Otten; father, Louis Hawley; brothers, Curtis and Gary Hawley; daughter, Lisa Pultz; and beloved grandsons, Aaron and Matthew Pultz.
Survivors include her sister, niece, nephew, brother and step-son. She was honorary Mimi to three and leaves several close friends.
Services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow at Crestview Cemetery.
