Bernice I. Adametz, 75, Boscobel, died Sunday, May 26, 1996, at Boscobel Area Health Care. She was born April 29, 1919, in Richland Center, the daughter of Henry and Laura (Gilbertson) Hagenston. She was married July 6, 1950, to Edward Adametz and he preceded her in death on Jan. 7, 1987. Survivors include two daughters, Sue (Jerry) Mezera, Woodman, and Vicky (Bill) Zimpel Boscobel; two sons, Gary (Shirley) Adametz, Yale, la., and Dennis Adametz, Union Grove, 10 grandchildren; two sisters, Patricia Effinger, Viroqua, and Lenice Weeden, Sparta. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward, and a grandchild. Services were held Wednesday at the Kingdom Hall in Fennimore with Pastor William Schuppner officiating and burial at the Muscoda Cemetery. The Beeman-Patchak Funeral Home in Boscobel was in charge of arrangements.
