Obituary
Harold "Slim" Clements, Jr., age 80, of Bryant passed away Monday, November 27, 2017. He was born in Jeff Davis County, Georgia to parents Harold Clements, Sr. and Gladys Marchant Clements.
Harold served his country for eleven years in the United States Air Force.
Slim loved fishing and tinkering outside. He believed a little duct tape could fix anything and he could always give a weather report at a moments notice. His favorite pastime was sitting on his porch swing with his dog Coco enjoying Popeyes Chicken
Slim is preceded in death by his parents, brother Preston Clements and his beloved wife, Shirley Clements.
Left to cherish his memory are his children Denise (Lee) Smith, Billy (Sherry) Ward; sister Genethel (Tom) Brewer; sisters-in-law Barbara (Dennis) Stewart and Debbie Hardin; grandchildren Karen (Don) Denton, B.J. (Christin) Ward; Bryan (Randy) Czajkowski; and great-grandchildren Charlie, Blaize, Haleigh, and Trace.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. On Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Pinecrest Memorial Park, 7401 Highway 5 N, Alexander. A visitation will be held one hour prior in the Pinecrest Funeral Home Chapel.
