The marriage records in the Hancock Co books have a typo which makes it hard to confirm the marriage of Aaron's parents but once you know it's Edward Gilmer and not Gimler, the marriage is there and it has him marrying Calista Anderson on 24 Aug 1869. I found it in the Bride's listing when I couldn't find it in the Groom's because of the typo. So I think her name, in spite of census takers who can't spell, is Calista.
