Mrs. Annie R. Battle entered into rest on Friday, February 28, 2014 at her residence. Funeral service wil be held on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at 2 p.m. at New Hope Baptist CHurch with Pastor Anthony Booker officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Survivors are her chldren, Doris Pinder, Clifford Battle, Augusta, Genette Battle, Harlem, Francis (WIlliam) Butler, Augusta, Gloria Best, Fayetteville, NC; eighteen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; and other relatives.
