Georgia Lea (Bennett) Bunch went to be with her Lord on November 22, 2005. She was born on February 3, 1923 to Lonnie Lee and Myrtle Russell Bennett in Lindsay, Oklahoma. Georgia married Travis "Jake" Bunch in Wichita Falls, Texas and has lived in the Lindsay area all of her life. She was a member of the Erin Springs Baptist Church. Georgia enjoyed being a homemaker, quilting, sewing and spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and siblings, Helen Eugene Timmons, Geneva Bunch, Royce Doyle Bennett, Patsy Ruth Bennett, and Galah J. Bennett.
Georgia is survived by her sons, Travis Michael and wife, Linda Bunch, Billy Dwight, and wife Janette Bunch, two sisters, Anita Fay McWhirter, and Jo Wanda Williams. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Todd and Lindsey Bunch, of Blanchard, Tim and Evelyn Bunch, of Lindsay, Brandi and Randy Ramming, of Lindsay, Justin and Sheree Bunch, of Lindsay, Amanda Bunch, of Lindsay, Jennifer and Kyle Ince, of Lindsay, and five great-grandchildren; John Rabbit, Cheotah, Coty Ramming, Jake Bunch, Brittany Ramming, Austin Bunch, all of Lindsay.
Services for Georgia will be Friday, November 25, 2005 at 2:30 p.m. at the Erin Springs Baptist Church with Pastor Bryan Shaw officiating. Interment will follow at the Green Hill Cemetery, Lindsay, Oklahoma.
