Clara Bolzenthal, 85, formerly of Rt. 2, Two Rivers, died Friday in Family Heritage Home, Manitowoc, where she had resided the past four years.
Funeral services will be 10 am Monday in St. Mark Catholic Church, Two Rivers. The Rev. David Pleir will officiate and burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.
Mrs. Bolzenthal, nee Clara O'Brien, was born April 17, 1892, in Lafayette County, Wis., daughter of the late Michael and Ellen McDermott O'Brien. She was married to Walter Bolzenthal Sept. 28, 1915, in Lafayette County. She was a member of St. Mark Christian Mothers Altar Society. Mr. Bolzenthal preceded her in death May of 1970.
Survivors include a son, Albert of Rt. 2, Two Rivers, three daughters, Sister Clare Adelle of Holy Family Convent, Manitowoc, Mrs. John (Loretta) Daron and Mrs. Kenneth (Alice) Greenwood of Milwaukee, brothers, Herbert and Cecil Racine, John of Darlington, and Ben of Mineral Point; three sisters, Mrs. Leo (Magdalene) Moran and Mrs. Clarence (Florence) Johnson of Darlington and Mrs. John (Bernice) Peppard of Racine, 12 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. Three brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
Friends may call in Klein and Stangel Inc. Funeral Home, Two Rivers, after 3 pm. Sunday where a memorial service will be at 7 pm.
