Ethel (Blume) Knight was born on 14 Jan 1919 in The Bronx, New York, and died on 16 Jan 2014. She was the second wife of William Felix Knight (1908 – 1998); they were married on 14 Jun 1940 in Manhattan, New York. She was the mother of William Felix Knight II.

She had completed four years of high school and was working as a radio actress. She was earning $1,500 a year, the same as her brother.

On 2 Mar 1942, at age 23 years, she traveled from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and arrived at La Guardia Airport in New York. Her personal information and description were given as being married, a housewife, of Irish ancestry, being born in New York City, weighing 115 pounds, and residing at 5 Riverside Drive, NYC. She was 5' 2" in height with brown eyes and hair. She was accompanied by her husband William Felix Knight, who was a singer of English, Irish, and Scottish ancestry, having been born in Macon, Georgia. His information and description was given as being 33 years old, 5' 8" tall, weighing 168 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He also had a scar on his left thumb.

She is not buried in Woodlawn Cemetery in the Bronx. The funeral home stated both Felix & Ethel were cremated per their wishes and ashes were given to William Felix Knight III.
