Ernest Ralph Lowe, age 90, of Bluff City, Tennessee went to be with the Lord, Monday, December 4, 2017 in the Bristol Regional Medical Center.

He was born March 28, 1927 a son of the late James and Alice Spangler Lowe, and he lived all of his life in the Bristol area. He was retired from Sprint, and was a U.S. Army WWII Veteran. Mr. Lowe was a member and elder at Weavers Union Church. He was a member of the Zollicoffer Masonic Lodge 444, past member of the East Volunteer Fire Department, he volunteered at the Red Cross, and was a radio operator for WHCB.


He is survived by his loving wife Bonnie Rhea Riffey Lowe; son, Ernest “Ernie” Lowe and wife Beverly; daughters, Carolyn Arnold and husband Jimmy, Linda Husley, Cindy Parker and husband Dickie; grandchildren, Jamey Arnold, Tracy Arnold Pope, Melissa Icenhour, Jennifer Terry, Christie Daniels, Joey Arnold, Heather Perusek, Jeremy Parker, Lauren Cunningham, and Kane Parker; seventeen great grandchildren.


There will be a Masonic Service held at 7:30 pm Thursday, December 7, 2017 in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel by the Zollicoffer Masonic Lodge 444. The funeral service will follow in the chapel with Rev. John Roe and Rev. Cynthia Frye officiating. The burial will be held 11:00 am Friday in Weaver Cemetery with military honors conducted by the Bristol VFW Honor Guard.
