Son of Puerto Rican author Pedro Juan Soto, was one of two university students (the other was Arnaldo Darío Rosado) lured into a police ambush orchestrated by traitor Alejandro González Malavé at Cerro Maravilla in Villalba, Puerto Rico, and executed in cold blood. Although the police claimed they shot him while he resisted arrest, subsequent forensic evidence and a nationally televised senate hearing revealed that the police shot them while they were handcuffed and on their knees, begging for mercy.
