Bill Harrison Gann passed away from this life on Sunday, December 10th, 2017 in Talihina, Oklahoma. Bill was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on May 31st, 1931 to Virgil Gann and Janie Morehead. He married the love of his life, Dorothy Steele Gann on June 23rd, 1950 in Clovis, New Mexico. They had four children, two boys and two girls. He was an iron worker by profession and was used to working with his hands. Some of the buildings he worked on was the Sears Tower, many high risers buildings in Chicago, the John Hancock Building and the Mackinaw Bridge in Michigan. He could be found in his garden or working on arts and crafts or he would be seen out riding his tractor. Bill was a member of the Assembly of God Church.

Bill is survived by; his wife Dorothy of the home; daughters, Sharon Burnett of Talihina, OK, and Sheila Strange and husband Mike of Talihina, OK; sons, Curtis Gann of Haskell, OK, Joyce Gann of Liberty Mounds, OK, Duane Gann and wife Debbie of Liberty Mounds, OK; 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents and two sister, Dorothy Mahoney and Evelyn Brown

Pallbearers will be Dustin Dill, Jeffrey Dill, Randy Dill, Jacob Gann, Casey Gann, Ethan Gann, Trenton Dill and Christian Dill.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday December 13th at 2 P.M. at Talihina Assembly of God Church in Talihina, Oklahoma with Bro. Gary McCutchen officiating. Interment will follow at Whitesboro Cemetery in Whitesboro, Oklahoma.
Services under the direction of Burkhart Funeral Home of Talihina, Oklahoma.
