James Dolan, aged 70, married, a pensioner, from 28 Palmerston Gardens, Rathmines, died at Jervis Street Hospital, on 13 July 1995.
The cause of death was Cerebral Thrombosis, Recent Operation for Prostate Obstruction, certified.
