Doug was a proud Vietnam Veteran. He was stationed at Fort Polk, Louisiana in 1969 and served his Country in Vietnam with the 9th Infantry Division.
Preceding his death are his parents, Truman and Beatrice Clark of Chesapeake, WV.
Doug is survived by his daughter, Lori Clark Burton of South Charleston, WV and his life partner, Barbara Keefauver of Matthews, NC; his grandchildren, nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be held at Leonard Johnson's Funeral Home in Marmet, WV as well as Heritage Funeral Home in Matthews, NC.
