Clifford Doramus

C.W. "Grandpa Bill" Doramus passed away at his home in Greenleaf, Idaho on July 24th, 2015 at the age of 79. He was born August 4th, 1935 on the family farm in Happy Valley near Kuna. He married the love of his life, Berta Rhae Bacon, May 24th 1953 and devoted himself to her for the next 62 years. They raised their four children on the same family farm. After the children were grown they moved to Caldwell and later to Greenleaf. They enjoyed spending time at the cabin they built in Atlanta, Idaho and he loved time with family in the out of doors and working in his wood shop.

Bill retired from the Amalgamated Sugar Factory in 1995 as an Assistant Master Mechanic where he had worked 42 years. They enjoyed traveling after retirement and spent winters in Yuma, Arizona and summers in Donnelly, Idaho.

He is survived by his wife Berta. His children Sandy (Charles) Johnson, Sun Valley, Nevada; Scott/Bill Doramus (Shari), Notus, Idaho; Jim (Pam) Doramus, New Meadows, Idaho; Julie (Jack) Bryson, Nampa, Idaho. His brother, Gary (Vickie) Doramus, Nampa and sister, LaVena Gardner, Caldwell.

He loved and was deeply loved by his grandchildren: Judd, Smoky, Clint and Jocee Doramus; Micah and Tausha (Krohn) Doramus; Derry, Lori (Newby) Bryson, John Bunn and was blessed with 19 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cliff and Frieda (Shaddy) Doramus.
