Eugene N. Adams, 94, passed away October 18, 2017 in Johnson City. He was born January 26, 1923 in San Antonio to James Franklin and Alma (Braun) Adams. In his early life, Eugene farmed and ranched in San Antonio until development demanded he move elsewhere. Blanco became Eugenes next and final home where he resumed farming and ranching. Anyone who knows Eugene, is well-aware of his passion, skill, and expertise with antique tractors and model-a cars.
Eugene was preceded in death by his parents, James & Alma Adams; a sister, Alma Krueger; four brothers, Henry, Arthur, Albert, and Maury Adams. He is survived by two nieces, Betty Brooks and Doris Rosendahl as well as two nephews Robert Adams and Henry Adams, Jr. In addition to many great nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives, Eugene is also survived by many dear friends.
