Fairy Mae Eller Smith, 88, of Flint Mountain Lane, Tiger, Georgia., died Saturday December 16, 2017 in Pruitt Health Care, Toccoa, Georgia.

Born April 30, 1929 in Towns County, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Margaret Maney Eller. She was the widow of Elton Drew Smith. Fairy Mae was retired as a inspector in quality control with Scovil M.F.G. Company and was a member of Wolf Creek Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Margaret Eller and her husband Elton Drew Smith and by seven brothers, Cannon Lee Eller, Jay Eller Boyd Eller, Floyd, Eller, Lloyd Eller, Benny Eller, and H.P. Eller and by four sisters, Della Justice, Dellar Eller, Nellie Rogers and Marie Nichols. She is survived by two sons, David Smith(Wanda), Donald Hamilton (of the home)., three Daughters, Janice Tatum (Chris), Cathy White (Danny), and Lora Parker (Greg); seven grandchildern, Lacy Bowyer, Jessica Surls, Luke Smith, Alicia Kilby, Kallie Trusty, Dillan Parker and Tristian Hooper., with also seven great grandchildern, Casey and Brittany Buchanan, Kole Surls , Katanna Bowyer, Waylon Buchanan Kayden Surls and Kinley Surls and a host of nephews and nieces.

Funeral Services will be at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday December 19, 2017 at the Eastside Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Rogers officiating. Burial will be in the Wolfcreek Cemetery on Wolf Creek Church Road Tiger, GA.

The body is at Hunter Funeral Home- visitation will be at the Eastside Chapel Tuesday December 19, 2017 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. (The Funeral Hour). The Family is at their respective residences.

Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangments.
